Appointment Process

How do you go about getting started?

1  Set up an appointment.  We will meet for about an hour.  We will discuss everything you ever wanted to know about estate planning, guardianship and/or probate and more!

2  Get a summary of our discussion the day after your appointment.

3  Once I have all of the information I need, you will get drafts of the documents. It usually takes about 5 business days.

4  Set up an appointment to sign the documents, which will take around 40 minutes.

What should you bring with you to the first appointment?

1  Yourself and any estate planning documents you have already done, if any.

2 You DO NOT need to bring a list of your assets or accounts.
