The new deed says that you, as a human, transfer your interest in the property, to you, as trustee of your Revocable Living Trust. When the deed is recorded with the County Recorder, the real estate is part of the Revocable Living Trust. Property that is tied to a Revocable Living Trust avoids Probate.
